The RobotInk.com website is an online service operated by EMCEA, Inc. (d/b/a Robot Ink and hereinafter may be referred to as “Robot Ink”) Robot Ink that, among other things, allows visitors to play demo versions, and paid subscribers to play full versions, of our web-based games. References to “we” or “us” herein refers to Robot Ink.

This privacy statement applies to your use of the RobotInk.com website, which is operated by or on behalf of Robot Ink (collectively, the “Site”). This privacy statement does not apply to your use of other websites to which this Site may link. This privacy statement covers only information collected on this Site and does not cover any information collected offline by us.
Personally Identifiable Information
We collect personally identifiable information you submit such as name, email address, street address, telephone number, credit card number, and age, to authenticate users, process payments for services and to send notifications to those users relating to the Site.
If you do provide us with personally identifiable information for any of the activities of the Site, we may use it to conduct the activity.
